DIPPING SAUCE / VIETNAMESE FISH SAUCE / NƯỚC MẮM CHUA NGỌT


Ingredients:

2 teaspoons sugar

1 teaspoon chili paste or a chopped red chili

2-3 Tablespoons fish sauce

1-2 T lime juice (or lemon juice)

1/4 cup water

1 clove garlic, minced


==> Mix all the ingredients, taste and make any adjustments you like.
